Location Last Seen: It was later found that the victim was seen leaving Dame Court in North Charleston.
Circumstances of Disappearance: On 8-25-1998 the victims vehicle was located on the Cosgrove Avenue. The vehicle had it's hazard lights on and the vehicle was still running. Officers attempted to locate the driver but had no luck. The vehicle belonged to the victims father.
Last Seen Wearing: Jersey with blue and yellow "Indiana" logo, blue shorts, white athletic shoes.
Identifying Marks or Characteristics: Tattoo of the name "Tony" on arm.
