Circumstances of Disappearance: A witness reportedly saw Chris who appeared disoriented with a swollen eye and gave him a black coat with "Sixers" printed on it. Chris was also wearing a maroon hoodie and carrying a yellow blanket. McKoy's family found his missing car more than a week later near a Norcross elementary school. His family says they've been extorted for $10K by someone claiming to have information about him.
