Location Last Seen: Eastbound highway 70 on the Blanchette Bridge (that crosses the Missouri River from St. Louis County to St. Charles County Missouri), on foot running westbound, saw State Trooper arrive onto Bridge decking and went over to side of bridge onto a ladder and down under the bridge onto the "Cat Walk"

Circumstances of Disappearance: At approximately 1:30AM St. Ann Police Officer Sean Tiemann and a “Ride Along” passenger, in which who owns Ron York Towing, spot a Grey Ford Contour weaving on West Bound Hwy 70. Officer Tiemann and his ride along give pursuit. Officer Tiemann reports that the Grey Ford Contour decides to run. Officer Tiemann in pursuit states that he was nearing 130mph and the Grey Ford Contour is pulling away from him and his ride along Upon crossing the Earth City Expressway interchange, a Missouri State Highway Patrolman, Trooper Kessler witnessed the so called “high” speed chase, and turned around to join the pursuit. Upon Trooper Kessler arriving on the West Bound Hwy 70 Blanchette Bridge, he witnessed the St. Ann Police Officer giving chase to an individual who running East Bound in the West Bound lanes of Hwy 70, on the Blanchette Bridge. He stopped his vehicle, and got out, when the individual saw him, he turned and went to the edge of the Blanchette Bridge, over the railing and allegedly onto the catwalk. Trooper Kessler was too big to fit down into the catwalk, and allegedly gave up the pursuit. Trooper Kessler called for back up from St. Louis County Police, 2nd precinct.

Identifying Marks or Characteristics: Tattoo on left forearm of chinese symbols that mean "drink". Skull and Cross Bones on lower back. And Confederate Flag on back of lower neck between shoulder blades.
