Location Last Seen: Jason was last seen early in the morning when he left to go fishing approx. 1/2 mile from shore off the coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.
Circumstances of Disappearance: He was in a 12ft. blue, green, and yellow "Seahawk" Zodiac raft. The name "Angel Pudding" was written on the outboard end of the Zodiac. He had a military camouflage Camel pack with water, a red diving floater, two fishing poles, MRE packages, two black and white oar's, and a red air pump on board. He also had a cell phone, his wallet, and his keys. There was a strong current that evening, however, all of the belongings he had with him have never surfaced.
Last Seen Wearing: Red surfing shorts with a black stripe on the side and a pocket secured with velcro, no shirt.
Identifying Marks or Characteristics: Jason is biracial (white/black). Tattoo of an outline of a "ram's head" on upper right arm.
