Location Last Seen: Felicia was last seen in Memphis, Tennessee, during the early evening of October 25, 1991. Neighbors saw her sitting in her car in her driveway, talking to a young man.
Circumstances of Disappearance: Felicia's mother returned home at 6PM and noticed that Felicia was not at home. However, she had prepared her clothes for her part-time job at FedEx which started at 10PM. This was unlike Felicia as her and her mother talked about 5 times a day. Nothing was missing from the home, her clothes, check book, last uncashed paycheck, jewelry, and prescription glasses were all there. Her vehicle was found abandoned two weeks after her disappearance.
Last Seen Wearing: She was wearing a long-sleeved black floral print blouse and black stretch pants.
Identifying Marks or Characteristics: Felicia has a mole on her right breast, she wears eyeglasses and her ears are pierced.
