Location Last Seen: On Friday, Feb. 14, 2025, 46-year-old Carlos Johnson was arrested during a traffic stop in Newport News. He has been charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of Keir Johnson and their daughter Chloe. The Hampton mother and daughter were last seen on April 30, 2017. Keir was 34 years old at the time; Chloe was eight months old.

Circumstances of Disappearance: Keir and Chloe have never been found.

Last Seen Wearing: Blue Jeans and T-shirt of unknown color, Black flat slider shoes, with Nike in Pink letters.

Identifying Marks or Characteristics: Scar on left thigh. Scars on abdomen from Gall bladder removal. Left foot smaller than right foot.
