Black and Missing Foundation, Inc. (BAM FI) announced today that missing four-year-old, Jhada Clarke, has been found safe and reunited with her mother. Jhada is BAM FI's 50th recovery since its inception.

The autopsy report came in last week. Sixteen-year-old Phylicia Barnes was murdered. Not that there was much doubt. But now it's official. Police aren't saying how or why, because it might hinder their investigation into who did this.

BAM FI announced today that Jacque Reid will be its spokesperson. As spokesperson, Reid will assist the organization in bringing awareness to missing persons of color – adults and children – on a national level.
