The Black and Missing Organizes Community Search and Flyer Distribution for Jahnay Bryan, Missing Since October 16

(Los Angeles, CA) – The Black and Missing Foundation, alongside the family and friends of Jahnay Bryan, will lead a community effort to distribute flyers and search for missing Cornell University graduate, Jahnay Bryan. Bryan, 23, with a promising future, mysteriously disappeared on October 16 in Los Angeles.

WHERE: 806 S. Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA

The search will start where Bryan was last seen on 806 S. Vermont Ave in Los Angeles. She has black hair, brown eyes, stands 5’7″, and weighs approximately 125 pounds. An Ebony Alert, a vital tool for locating missing Black youth and women, was issued by the Los Angeles Police Department.

Former Senator Steven Bradford, the author of the landmark Ebony Alert legislation, will join Bryan’s sister, Jahque Bryan-Goodman, to address the media and participate in the community search.

WHY: The event aims to mobilize community support, raise awareness, and gather information to locate Jahnay Bryan.
